Adding Calendars to a Group

A calendar group is only useful once it actually contains the calendars you want customers choosing between. You can add calendars when you first create a group, and keep adjusting the lineup any time your team or service list changes.

Adding calendars to an existing group

Open the group from your calendar settings and use the option to add calendars. A selection menu shows every eligible calendar in your account — pick the ones you want included and confirm. Newly added calendars appear in the group's booking page immediately, using whatever availability and settings they already have configured individually.

Including calendars that aren't assigned elsewhere

If you have calendars that haven't been placed anywhere else — for example, a general-purpose calendar not tied to a specific group yet — those can be added to a group the same way as any other calendar, giving them a home in a customer-facing booking flow without extra setup.

Removing a calendar from a group

If a staff member leaves or a service is discontinued, remove that calendar from the group rather than leaving it visible with stale information. Removing it from the group doesn't delete the underlying calendar — it just stops showing up as an option on the group's booking page.

Keeping groups current

Whenever you add a new staff member or launch a new service, make it a habit to check whether their calendar should join an existing group rather than existing on its own — customers browsing your grouped booking page won't see it otherwise.

Good to know: Because groups pull calendars in by reference rather than copying their settings, any calendar you remove or archive elsewhere in your account should also be removed from its groups to avoid a dead link on your booking page.
