Collecting Video Testimonials

A written review is good; a customer talking directly to camera is often more persuasive.

Build a video collector

1. Go to Reputation and create a new Video Collector.
2. Customize the welcome page — spokesperson, branding, colors, logo.
3. Add up to three questions for the customer to answer on camera.
4. Set up an attribution section and a thank-you page.

Ask customers for a video

Share the collector link directly, or send a request through email, SMS, or WhatsApp. Submissions are capped at two minutes thirty seconds.

Review what comes in

Submitted videos land in the collector's Responses tab.

Show them off

1. Go to Reputation > Widgets and create or edit a review widget.
2. Set the review type to Video Testimonials.
3. Choose which collector's videos to pull from.
4. Configure the layout, save, and publish.
