Deliver Digital Products

If you sell something downloadable, your store can handle the entire delivery automatically.

Setting up a digital product

1. Go to Payments > Products, select or create a product.
2. Open Inventory > Shipping and Delivery.
3. Set the product/variant type to Digital.
4. Upload files — up to 10 per product, 100 MB each.
5. Save.
6. Enable Order Confirmation Email for Stores under Payments > Settings > Notifications.
7. Test the checkout flow before going live.

How customers get their files

Order confirmation email with an Access Downloads button; verify with a one-time code, then download individually from their order page, accessible anytime at yourstore.com/store/account/orders.

A few things to know

No shipping fees on digital products. Cash-on-delivery isn't available if any item is digital. Files download one at a time unless bundled into a ZIP beforehand.
