View Form Submissions in Conversations

When a contact fills out a form on your site, you can have that submission show up directly inside their conversation thread instead of only in a separate forms report.

Setting it up

1. Go to your form builder and open the form you want this for.
2. In the form's settings, turn on Create Conversation on Submission.
3. Save the form.

Viewing a submission

Once this is on, submitting the form creates a form-submission card inside that contact's conversation. Open the conversation and look for the card, then click View Submission to see the full details of what they filled in. If you want to see every submission for that same form across all contacts, use Check all Form Submissions from the card.

Filtering to just form conversations

If you want your inbox to show only conversations that came from a form, apply the conversation filter Last Message Channel > Is > Forms Submission.

Why this is useful

You can read what a contact submitted and reply to them in the same place, without switching over to a separate forms report and then back to Conversations to respond — useful when you want to follow up on a submission the moment it comes in.
