Creating a Service Menu
If you offer several services, each with its own calendar, a Service Menu lets customers see and book from all of them in one branded interface instead of hunting for separate links.
What it is
A Service Menu lists multiple services together, but each one still connects back to its own individual calendar — meaning each service keeps its own availability, staffing, pricing, and duration settings behind the scenes. Customers just get a single, unified place to browse and book.
Prerequisites
Before building a Service Menu, you need:
- Individual Service Calendars already created for each service you want to include.
- Those calendars organized into a Calendar Group.
Turning on the feature
- Go to Calendars > Calendar Settings > Preferences > Account Preferences.
- Under the Services section, toggle on Service Menu.
Building the menu
- Go to Calendar Settings > Service Menu and click Create Service Menu.
- Enter a menu name, an optional description, and a custom URL slug.
- Choose a form if you want to collect information before someone selects a service.
- In the Select Services tab, check off which calendars (services) should appear on the menu.
- Drag and drop to arrange the order services are displayed in.
- Save your changes.
Why use one
Instead of sharing five different booking links for five different services, you share one Service Menu link, and customers pick what they need from a single branded page — a cleaner experience for them and less link management for you.
