Managing Dashboard Access and Permissions

Control who can see or change each dashboard.

Permission levels

Full (view/edit/share/delete), Edit (change widgets/layout, can't delete), View (read-only), No Access (doesn't appear).

Can also be kept private.

Setting permissions

1. Set privacy/access during creation, or via the three-dot menu on an existing dashboard.
2. Assign by role or individual member.
3. Only the owner or Full-access users can change permissions.

A few things to know

Admin roles retain at least the access of roles beneath them. A separate Export data permission controls downloading widget data. Combine with Pinning and Setting a Default Dashboard for a team landing page.
