Payment Providers You Can Use for Affiliate Product Sales

Products sold through your funnels, websites and stores can be paid for with several providers. Affiliate sales are credited from those checkouts, so the provider you connect matters.

Providers Available for Checkout

Vendi Today supports these gateways for product sales and transactions:

  • Stripe
  • NMI
  • Authorize.net
  • PayPal

Which providers appear to you depends on the area where the payment is collected, and affiliate attribution coverage can be narrower than general availability. Stripe is the most complete option for affiliate commission tracking, especially for recurring products and external websites.

Connect Your Provider

  1. Go to Payments > Integrations.
  2. Choose the provider you want and follow the connection prompts.
  3. Set which provider each sales channel should use. A channel-level choice can override your default provider.

After Connecting

  1. Add products to the funnel, website, store, form, survey or calendar that affiliates will promote.
  2. Open your affiliate campaign and confirm the source, product list, tracking window and commissions.
  3. Place a small test order through an affiliate link and check that the sale appears.

Payments Versus Payouts

The providers above collect money from your customers. Paying your affiliates is a separate step handled with PayPal automation or a manual method of your choice. The PayPal account used for payouts is configured in the same Payments > Integrations area, but the two uses are independent.

Good to know: Refunds on one-time purchases and subscriptions are not subtracted from commissions automatically, so pick a payout term that covers your refund window.
