Create a Certificate Template

Certificate templates are the reusable designs Vendi Today issues to your customers, students, or team members when they hit a milestone.

Where to find it

Go to Memberships > Certificates and click New. Start from a professionally designed template or build one from scratch.

Building the design

1. Pick an orientation — portrait or landscape — and choose a canvas size (A4, US Letter, or custom).
2. Add a frame if you want a decorative border.
3. Drop in elements — headers, body text, images, logos, signature lines, badges, shapes.
4. Style your text — fonts, sizes, colors.
5. Set a background — solid color, gradient, uploaded image, or pattern.

Saving your template

Click Preview to double-check it, then save it with a clear, descriptive name.

What's next

A saved template doesn't do anything on its own — attach it to a course for automatic issuance, or issue it manually.
