Cancel the SEO Subscription and What Happens to Your Projects
Canceling stops the active automation but keeps what you have already improved.
How to cancel
- Go to Sites > SEO.
- On the Site Projects tab, open the three-dot menu at the top right.
- Choose Cancel Subscription.
- Confirm with Yes, Cancel.
The frozen state
Projects that use the SEO pixel become Frozen automatically.
- Fixes already applied stay live as long as the pixel script remains on your site.
- Site crawling and new recommendations are paused.
- Project settings and applied fixes remain in your account.
| Active | Frozen | |
|---|---|---|
| Existing fixes | Live and editable | Live, read-only |
| Site crawling | On | Paused |
| New recommendations | On | Paused |
Keep or remove the changes
- Keep: leave the pixel script in your site's code.
- Remove: delete the script and your site reverts to its original state immediately.
Coming back
- Subscribe to a valid plan again.
- Re-link your projects in the dashboard.
- Projects unfreeze, and you can crawl, receive new recommendations and apply fixes again.
Good to know: Decide before canceling whether you want the fixes to stay; removing the script cannot be partially undone.
