Connecting Multiple Review Platforms

Your customers don't all leave reviews in the same place. Vendi Today can pull in reviews from dozens of platforms so you monitor and respond to all of them from one screen.

Supported platforms

Over 50 review platforms, including Google Business Profile, Facebook, Yelp, TripAdvisor, Trustpilot, plus industry-specific platforms like Healthgrades and Avvo for healthcare, HomeAdvisor for home services, and Zillow for real estate.

Connect a platform

1. Go to Reputation > Settings > Integrations.
2. Click Connect Account next to the platform.
3. Provide your public-facing review page URL.
4. Vendi Today syncs in existing reviews and keeps pulling in new ones.

Monitor everything in one place

Use the Sources dropdown to filter to a single platform or view everything together. Each connected page shows name, status, review count, and last sync time.
