Building Multi-Column Designs with Nested Layouts
Nested Layouts let you place one layout container inside another, which gives you detailed control over columns, spacing and responsive behavior without custom CSS.
Build a Nested Layout
- Open your funnel or website page in the editor.
- Drag a Layout Container onto the canvas.
- Drag a second Layout Container into the first. A blue highlight shows a valid drop zone.
- Open Layout Settings and choose Row, Column or Collage orientation.
- Adjust margins, padding and alignment for each level.
- Repeat for deeper levels, then click Save, or add the block to your saved sections for reuse.
What You Can Create
- A two-sided opt-in page, with the headline and form on one side and testimonials on the other.
- Pricing comparisons with columns of different sizes for features, prices and buttons.
- Feature grids where images, text and buttons line up across rows.
Limits and Tips
- Only Layout Containers can be nested. Standard Sections and Rows stay at a single level.
- There is no strict depth limit, but three to four levels keep pages easy to maintain and quick to load.
- Nested structures survive when saved as a section, and they sync like any other saved section.
- Duplicate a finished container to build variations that stay on brand.
Good to know: Name each container as you go, so you can tell which level you are selecting when the canvas gets busy.
