Pay Affiliates Automatically with PayPal Payouts

PayPal Payouts is the fastest way to pay many affiliates at once without leaving Vendi Today. It needs a one-time setup.

Requirements

• A PayPal Business account with the Payouts feature enabled.
• Live app credentials (Client ID and Secret) connected in Vendi Today.
• A PayPal payout method saved for every affiliate you want to pay.

Connect PayPal

1. Sign in to the PayPal Developer dashboard, open My Account and check that Payouts shows a green check under Live. If not, enable it, or contact PayPal.
2. Go to Apps and Credentials, choose Live and click Create App. Give it a recognizable name.
3. Copy the Client ID and Secret.
4. In Vendi Today, go to Payments > Integrations, select PayPal, and enter the live credentials. For testing, repeat with sandbox credentials.

Send Payments

1. Open Marketing > Affiliate Manager > Payouts and the Approved for Payout tab.
2. Tick the affiliates to pay, then click Pay, or use the blue pay icon beside one name.
3. Review the details and click Pay Now.

Successful payouts move to Paid, and the sender and receiver both get confirmation emails. PayPal may still show a processing status briefly.

Common Questions

• Who can pay? Only admins with the payout permission.
• Recurring products? Payouts are generated automatically but you must still click Pay Now; nothing is paid without your action.
• Can't pay someone? They have no PayPal method. Add one or pay them manually.

Good to know: If the PayPal button appears on your order forms after connecting, you can hide it with a small style snippet in the page's head code.
