Read the Social Planner Statistics Dashboard

The Statistics page combines results from your connected networks in one place, so you can see what you post, how many people see it, and what they do about it.

Where to find it

Go to Marketing > Social Planner > Statistics. Supported networks are Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok, Google Business Profile, Threads, and Bluesky. Which numbers appear depends on what each network shares.

Filter the view

  • Use the account dropdown at the top left to include or exclude specific accounts.
  • Use the selector on the left to choose All networks or just one.
  • Hover over the (i) icon next to any metric for its definition and time range.

Reports you will see

  • KPI overview: Posts, likes, followers, impressions, and comments at a glance.
  • Social post performance: Weekly post counts as bars, with daily likes, comments, and impressions as lines.
  • Number of posts, engagement, impressions, and post reach: Per-network totals with a week-over-week change.
  • Top performing posts: Your highest-liked posts of all time; click the eye icon to open one on its network.
  • Engagement stats: Switch between total engagement, followers, and likes.
  • Gender and age: Available mainly for Instagram accounts with at least 100 followers.
  • Link clicks and link performance: For links created with the Social Planner link tool.

Network limits to know

  • TikTok data requires a Business profile and may lag a day or two.
  • LinkedIn statistics cover company Pages only, not personal profiles, and LinkedIn does not provide demographic data.
  • Pinterest data trails by about two days.
  • Threads and Bluesky have a one-day delay and fewer metrics.
  • Google Business Profile reports reach actions such as calls, website clicks, and direction requests.

If an account needs re-authorization, an alert appears, and data resumes after you reconnect. The dashboard currently shows weekly ranges and cannot be exported.

Good to know: Check Top performing posts monthly and repeat the formats that earn the most likes.
