Stripe Plan Not Showing in Funnel Products

If a subscription you created in Stripe does not appear when you add products to a funnel, it usually has not been imported into Vendi Today yet, or it does not qualify.

How it works

A funnel can only sell items that exist under Payments > Products in your Vendi Today account. A price that lives only in Stripe is not selectable until it is imported.

Which prices qualify

• The price must be recurring (a subscription).
• It must exist in Stripe live mode, not test mode.
• It cannot be a metered price.
• It must not have been imported before. Imported prices disappear from the import list.

One-time Stripe prices cannot be imported this way; create those directly under Payments > Products.

Import an eligible plan

1. Go to Payments > Products and click Import From Stripe.
2. Search for the product and review its recurring prices.
3. Select the price you want and complete the import.
4. Confirm it now appears in the product list.
5. Open your funnel step, go to Products > + Add Product and select it.
6. Save, test the checkout and publish.

Troubleshooting checklist

• Not in the import list: check it has not already been imported, and that it is live, recurring and not metered.
• In the list but not in the funnel: confirm you are working in the same account and refresh the builder.
• Changed the price in Stripe: edits there do not update Vendi Today. Import the new price as a new item.

Good to know: Create a new price instead of editing an old one in Stripe so past orders and new orders stay clearly separated.
