What Happens to Your Data When You Cancel Your Subscription

If you're considering canceling your Vendi Today subscription, it's worth understanding exactly what happens to your data.

Immediately after cancellation

You lose access to your contacts, conversations, calendars, automations, and funnels right away. Any workflows that were running stop functioning.

The 90-day retention window

Your account data is retained for 90 days, during which you can reactivate your subscription to fully restore access.

After 90 days

If you haven't reactivated within that window, your account and all associated data are permanently deleted. This cannot be reversed.

An important exception: phone numbers

Phone numbers and related messaging registrations are released 14 days after cancellation, not 90.

If you want your data gone sooner

You can request expedited deletion through a formal request rather than waiting out the retention period.
