Building and Editing Forms and Surveys Inside the Page Builder

You do not need to leave a page to create a form. The Sites editor opens a large pop-up form or survey builder on top of your page, so you keep your place while you work. It is available for funnels, websites, webinars and stores.

Add a Form to a Page

  1. Go to Sites > Funnels (or Websites), open the funnel or site, pick a step or page, and click Edit.
  2. Open the Forms & Surveys section in the left sidebar, or drag the Form element from Elements onto the canvas.
  3. Choose one option:
    • Create New to build from scratch or start from a prebuilt category.
    • Add Existing to open the Form Picker, where you can search, preview and select a form or survey you already made.
  4. With the element selected, click Edit form in the right panel to reopen the builder.
  5. Click Save at the top right. The pop-up closes and you land exactly where you were.

Closing the pop-up without saving discards your changes.

What You Can Customize

  • Fields: add, remove and reorder fields, use Quick Add for name, email and phone, and map entries to custom fields.
  • Styles: fonts, spacing, borders, backgrounds and button looks.
  • Advanced: confirmation behavior, redirects, tracking and survey logic.

Start from a template for structure (Application, Contact, Donation, Order, Registration, Request or Subscribe). Themes only change appearance, and applying one replaces your style tweaks. Order-style templates support a payment element for products or donations.

Where Everything Lives

Forms built here also appear under Sites > Forms or Sites > Surveys, so you can duplicate them for variations and reuse them on other pages. The builder interface follows your account's language, but text you type into the form stays as written.

Good to know: Edits to a shared form affect every page using it, so duplicate it first when you only want a change on one page.
