Download Your Certificates from the Client Portal

Once someone has earned a certificate, they can log into their Client Portal and manage everything they've been awarded from a single place.

Where to find earned certificates

1. Log into the Client Portal.
2. Open the profile menu and go to the Certificates section.
3. Every certificate earned so far is listed here.

Previewing and downloading

Click Preview on any certificate, then download it in high-quality format.

Sharing a certificate

A Copy Link button generates a shareable URL — handy for posting on LinkedIn or including in a portfolio.

Why this matters for you

Pointing new students to this section early cuts down on "can you resend my certificate" support requests.
