Bulk Actions on Appointments
Clicking into appointments one at a time to update a status or reschedule a batch of bookings doesn't scale once your calendars get busy. The appointment list view is built for exactly this — handling many appointments at once instead of opening each one individually.
Getting to the list view
Switch your calendar display from the grid view to List View. Instead of a day-by-day layout, you get a table of appointments that you can filter and act on in bulk.
What you can do in bulk
From the list, you can:
- Update the status of multiple appointments at once (Confirmed, Showed, No-Show, Cancelled, Invalid) instead of opening each one.
- Reschedule several appointments that need to move together, such as when a staff member calls out and their whole day needs to shift.
- Delete duplicate or erroneous entries in one pass.
- Select a batch of rows and apply the same edit across all of them.
Filtering before you act
Bulk actions are only as useful as your filters. Narrow the list by date range, calendar, assigned staff member, or current status before selecting rows — for example, filter to "yesterday, all calendars, still Unconfirmed" to quickly clear out a backlog of appointments that need a status update after the fact.
Saving your view
If you find yourself filtering the same way every morning, save that filtered view so you can jump straight back to it next time instead of rebuilding the filters from scratch.
Good to know: Bulk status updates are a great habit to build into your daily close-out routine — a few minutes clearing statuses across all calendars keeps your reporting and automations accurate without touching a single appointment individually.
