Understand the Subscriptions Page
The Subscriptions page is your central place to see every recurring billing relationship you have with customers, regardless of which payment provider processes it.
What's included
Subscriptions created through order forms and those set up manually both appear here, showing:
- Payment provider and subscription ID
- Customer details
- Where the subscription originated and when it was created
- The subscription amount and current status
Status tracking
Vendi Today maps each provider's own status terminology (Active, Canceled, Failed, Incomplete, etc.) into one consistent view, so you don't need to think in provider-specific language. For Stripe subscriptions, status and payment history stay closely in sync with what's happening in your actual Stripe dashboard. PayPal subscriptions sync less in real time, so double-check PayPal's own dashboard if something looks stale.
What's not included
- Subscriptions with a failed initial payment don't appear on this page.
- Subscriptions tied to the Memberships section or built from invoice templates aren't shown here.
- Cancellations and refunds for a subscription currently need to be handled directly in Stripe or PayPal rather than from this page — though modifying an active subscription's products, dates, or quantities can be done here (see Modify Existing Subscriptions).
This page saves you from needing to log into each payment processor separately just to check on recurring billing.
