View and Export Audit Logs

A time-stamped record of who did what — every create, update, deletion, tied to the user. Find it under Settings > Audit Logs.

Reading the log

Each entry shows user, module, and action type. Click a row for field-level before/after values; step through entries with arrow keys.

Filtering

By user, module, action type (Create/Update/Delete), time range (logs retained 60 days).

Exporting a copy

Apply filters, click Export. Runs in the background — check the Exports tab. CSV stays available 30 days, up to 500,000 records, requires export permission.

Why it matters

Since entries are only kept 60 days, export anything you might need to reference before a big change.
