Why don't I see the same widgets as a teammate? Widget access follows role permissions, toggled per role in team member settings.

Why does my opportunity count look different from what I expect? Most opportunity widgets track the last status change date, not creation date.

Can I limit a widget to only show data assigned to a specific person? Yes — see "Only Assigned Data" in Filtering Dashboard Data.

Why is Session Source/Medium grouping not working on a widget? Requires an Attribution Type (First or Latest) filter on the same widget.

What timezone is used for dashboard data? Your account's system timezone by default, overridable per user.

Do dashboard changes affect anyone else? Layout changes are visible to anyone with access. Personal settings like pinning and timezone are visible only to you.
