Send Text-to-Pay Links via SMS

Request and collect a payment right inside an ongoing text conversation, without asking the customer to leave the thread or visit a separate website.

Send a payment request

1. Open the customer's conversation in the SMS channel.
2. Click the Request Payment ($) icon below the message editor.
3. Select the product, adjust the price if needed, and add a discount or tax if relevant.
4. Set a due date.
5. Choose Test or Live mode.
6. Preview the checkout experience, then send.

Why use this instead of a standard payment link

Because the request lives inside the conversation thread, all payment activity stays tied to that specific contact — making it easy to see the full history of what was requested, when, and whether it was paid, right alongside your other messages with that customer. It's especially useful for on-the-spot requests, like collecting payment right after a phone call or in-person conversation that continues over text.
