Connect Manychat to Vendi Today

If you're using Manychat to run chatbot conversations on Instagram, Facebook, or SMS, you can send that chatbot data straight into Vendi Today.

What this integration does

It syncs contact information — names, email addresses, phone numbers, and tags — from Manychat into your Vendi Today contact records, without creating duplicate entries.

Setting it up

1. Get your API key from your Vendi Today account settings.
2. Configure the external request in Manychat to point to the appropriate contact endpoint, using your API key in the authorization header (bearer token) and content type application/json.
3. Map your fields — structure the data to include first_name, last_name, email, and phone.
4. Use an update-or-create request rather than a plain create request, so returning contacts get updated instead of duplicated.

An important note

This is a technical, developer-facing integration. If you're comfortable with basic API concepts it's very doable; otherwise hand it off to a developer — it typically only needs to be set up once.
