WhatsApp Settings

Connect to the WhatsApp Business API through Settings > WhatsApp to monitor your connection, manage numbers, build templates, and set up flows.

Overview

Connection status, Meta Business verification status, messages sent/delivered over the last 7 days. Disconnect or cancel from here.

Numbers

Click + Add Number, name it, select/add your number, complete Meta's verification. Also create WhatsApp engagement ads through Meta's Ad Manager from the same tab.

Templates

Meta requires a pre-approved template for messages outside an active conversation. Name it, choose category/language, add header/footer/interactive buttons, submit for Meta's review.

Flows

Guided, interactive WhatsApp experiences (e.g. a booking flow): name and link to a calendar, review customer-facing fields, create the launch message template.

Why it's worth setting up

Conversations, calendar bookings, and ad campaigns connect to the same WhatsApp number.
