Compare Workflow Performance with Stats

The Stats button on the Workflows list shows how the email and SMS steps in each workflow are performing, so you can compare automations without opening them one at a time.

View stats

1. Go to Automation > Workflows.
2. Find the workflow you want to examine.
3. Click the small arrow beside its name to expand the row.
4. Click Stats to see message performance for that workflow.

Repeat for other workflows to compare results side by side.

What is included

• Email and SMS performance for the steps in the workflow.
• Data going back to January 1, 2023.
• Numbers from steps that were later deleted, so removing an old action does not erase its past results.

What is not included

• Folders: stats exist for individual workflows only, not for a whole folder.
• WhatsApp and IVR steps are not covered yet.

How to use the numbers

• Compare two follow-up sequences and keep the one with better engagement.
• Spot a workflow that sends a lot of messages but gets little response, and refine the copy or timing.
• Review a campaign's results after a promotion ends.

For step-by-step detail on who received what, open the workflow and use its Execution Logs instead.

Good to know: Give each workflow a clear name; with stats comparisons you will be scanning many rows at once.
