Digital Business Card QR Codes
A Business Card QR code opens a polished mobile page with your company details, hours, and links, replacing paper cards. Visitors can call, email, find you, or save your information, and you can even capture their details in return.
What it contains
- Logo, company name, and description.
- Email, website, phone, and address.
- Weekly opening hours with a switch for each day.
- Social and custom links.
- Optional Exchange Contact form that creates a record in Contacts.
- A live preview that updates as you work.
Build your card
- Click Sites > QR Codes, then Create QR Code.
- Name it, choose Business Card, and click Next.
- On the details tab, add your logo and choose its opacity, then fill in company name, description, email, website, phone, and address.
- Set hours by switching days on or off and choosing open and close times. Sunday starts off by default.
- On the Styles tab, choose a cover image or upload your own, then pick colors for the page, text, icons, and buttons. Toggle Show icon label as you prefer.
- On the Links tab, add social platforms and custom links, drag to reorder, or remove any you do not want.
- On the Exchange contact tab, switch it on, pick a new or existing form, and edit the button wording. You can open the form by default and start the contact download automatically.
- Click Next and design the QR code: colors, dot and marker styles, a logo, and an optional page background image with a transparency slider.
- Choose PNG, SVG, or PDF to download, and click Save to keep it in your library.
Using the card
Print the code on cards, signs, and invoices, or add it to your email signature. People who share their details through the form appear in your Contacts list with the card recorded as their source.
Good to know: Check your hours carefully before printing, since customers rely on them and the card is the first thing they see.
