Creating Several Popups on One Page

A single page can hold many popups, each with its own content, position and trigger. For example, a welcome offer after three seconds, an exit survey, and a bonus form opened by a button.

Create a Popup

  1. Open a page in the editor and click Popup Settings in the top bar.
  2. Click + Create New Popup and give it a clear name.
  3. Click the pencil icon beside it and build the popup like a section, with text, forms, buttons, images, videos or countdowns.

Choose How Each Popup Opens

Select the popup in the sidebar, open its Settings tab, and use Show Popup On:

  • Delay: appears after the number of seconds you enter.
  • Exit Intent: appears when a visitor moves to leave.
  • None: only opens when something links to it.

To link one, select a button, image or text, set Link To to Open Popup, then choose the popup.

Manage and Style

  • Use the trash icon to delete, and drag the two-line handle to set priority. If two popups share a trigger, the one higher in the list shows first.
  • Set the position to left, center or right.
  • Adjust background, overlay, padding, margins and max width separately for desktop, tablet and mobile.
  • Visitors can close a popup with the X or by clicking outside it, depending on your settings.

Measure Results

Check the page's Stats tab, or send form submissions into Contacts and your pipeline to see which popup converts best.

Good to know: Avoid stacking several delay-triggered popups on one page, since visitors who see two in a row usually leave.
