Enabling Direct Payments on Estimates

Skip the separate invoice step — embed a payment option right into the estimate itself.

How it works

When a customer accepts an estimate with Direct Payments on, they're redirected to an invoice to pay online immediately.

How to turn it on

1. Open the estimate in the mobile app.
2. Go to the Review page.
3. Toggle on Enable Direct Payments in Payment Settings.
4. Send via email, text, or both.

If online payment doesn't go through

Manually record the payment in Invoices using another method.
