Reviewing Audit Logs for Funnels, Websites, Webinars and Stores
Audit Logs record who changed what, and when, across your Sites assets. They are handy for tracking down an accidental deletion or confirming who edited a live funnel.
Open the Logs
- Go to Settings > Audit Logs.
- Use the tabs at the top to switch between Funnels, Websites, Webinars and Stores. Each module keeps its own trail and filters.
- Review the entries listed for the module you chose.
What Gets Recorded
Entries include a timestamp, the user, and the action type. Typical actions are funnel and folder deletions, moving items to a folder, funnel setting changes, step edits, reordering and deletion, split test variation changes and winner selection, stats resets and page edits. Removing saved builder assets, such as section templates, global sections, universal sections and element templates, is logged too, with the asset name and ID.
Filter to Find Things Fast
- Module narrows to one asset type.
- Action Type isolates deletions, updates or creations.
- Date range limits results to a launch window (up to the last 60 days).
- Select Users shows activity from a specific team member.
Retention and Export
Logs are kept on a rolling 60-day basis; older entries are permanently removed. If you need a longer record, use the Export option on the Audit Logs page to download a CSV.
Good to know: Make it a habit to check the log right after any unexpected change, before the 60-day window closes.
