Export Companies to CSV

Need your company data outside Vendi Today — for a spreadsheet review, a board update, or another system? You can export company records as a CSV at any time.

Exporting selected companies

1. Go to Contacts → Companies.
2. Use the checkboxes to select the specific records you want.
3. Click Export in the action bar.

Exporting everything

1. Go to Contacts → Companies.
2. Optionally apply a search or filters to narrow the list first.
3. Click the three-dot menu and select Export.
4. Skip selecting individual checkboxes to export the full list.

What happens next

A progress modal shows the record count and completion percentage while the file is generated. Once it's ready, download the CSV — it includes every visible standard field plus any custom fields you've set up on the Company object, and opens cleanly in Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools.

If you don't see the export option

Export access depends on your user role's permissions. If the option isn't available to you, ask your account admin to grant export access for company data.
