Websites Overview and Setup

A Vendi Today Website is a multi-page site you build inside Sites: business homepages, service pages, contact pages and informational content. It uses the same builder as funnels, so sections, rows, columns, elements, mobile editing, preview and publish all work the same way.

Websites vs. funnels

Websites let visitors roam freely between pages. Funnels guide visitors through ordered steps toward one goal such as an opt-in or a sale. Split testing is only available in funnels, so import a website page into a funnel if you want to test it.

Set up a website

  1. Go to Sites > Websites and click + New Website.
  2. Choose From Blank or From Templates, name the site and click Create.
  3. Open the Pages tab, add the pages you need and give each a clear name and path.
  4. Open each page in the builder and arrange sections, rows, columns and elements. Review the desktop and mobile views.
  5. Add a page title and meta description in the SEO settings.
  6. Connect your domain, then Save, Preview and test links, forms and buttons.
  7. Click Publish when the saved version is ready.

Organize your pages

On the Pages tab, click and hold a page card, drag it to a new position and release. The new order saves automatically. Inside the builder you can also create, search and switch pages without going back to the grid.

Site-level tools

Website Settings hold the site name, domain, default path, favicon, tracking code and payment mode. Products attaches items to pages with a checkout, and Stats shows page views, opt-ins and sales.

Good to know: Saving does not change your live site; only Publish does, so you can safely work in small steps.
