Set Up a Recurring Webinar Series

Instead of cloning an event every week, turn on recurrence and Vendi Today generates the future sessions for you while keeping one registration page and one broadcast link.

Choose a pattern

• Daily: every X days.
• Weekly: every X weeks on chosen weekdays, such as Monday and Wednesday.
• Monthly: on a date (the 15th) or a weekday position (the third Friday).
• No Fixed Time: an evergreen session that visitors can start at any time, playing a pre-recorded video immediately.

Choose an end: after a number of sessions or on a specific date.

Set it up

1. Go to Sites > Webinars and create a webinar funnel (or open an existing one).
2. Fill in the Webinar Details.
3. In the Schedule tab, switch on Enable recurring webinar.
4. Choose a Frequency and set the pattern details.
5. Choose the end condition and save.

How it behaves

• One registration covers the whole series. Reminders adjust to each person's next session.
• The broadcast page shows a countdown, then streams the session, then shows "Next session starts in..." until the next one.
• If you change the pattern later, only future sessions change; past sessions stay as they were.
• The standard reminder workflow moves to the next occurrence by itself and can be tuned in Workflows.

A single webinar cannot mix live and on-demand content. Create a separate on-demand webinar and share its replay link afterward.

Good to know: Use "No Fixed Time" for replays and product tours that should always be available.
