- Unified Mailbox — a single view combining messages from multiple channels.
Marketing & Automation
- Workflow — an automated sequence of actions (emails, texts, tags, delays) triggered by a specific event.
- Trigger — the event that starts a workflow, like a form submission or a tag being added.
