Find Referral Links, Use Your Own Domain and Fix a Campaign That Will Not Publish
Three of the most common campaign questions are answered here: where links live, how to brand them, and why a campaign stays paused.
Locate an Affiliate's Links
Every affiliate receives a separate link for each campaign they join.
- Open Marketing > Affiliate Manager and go to the affiliates list.
- Click the affiliate's name.
- Scroll to Active Referral Links. Each campaign is listed with its URL.
From there you can also customize the referral ID or set up a coupon for a given campaign.
Show Your Own Domain in Links
Until a branded domain is added, referral links use the default domain. To switch:
- Go to Settings > Business Profile > Branded Domain.
- Add your domain.
Once it is added, every campaign URL updates to use it automatically. Remind affiliates to refresh any links they already shared.
When a Campaign Will Not Publish
A campaign marked green is live; red means paused. A new campaign is created paused if:
- Stripe is not connected, or
- no affiliates have been added.
Connect Stripe under Payments > Integrations, assign at least one affiliate, then publish again.
Affiliates in More Than One Campaign
An affiliate can be in many campaigns, each with its own link. Keep products unique to one campaign so figures stay accurate.
Good to know: After changing a campaign's source or domain, send affiliates a quick note with their updated links.
