Use Brand Colors in the Form, Survey, and Quiz Builder
Your Brand Board palette is available right inside the form builders, so buttons, fields, and labels can match your brand without copying color codes, which gives every lead capture form a consistent look and your team a shared palette.
What the picker shows
When you open any color field in the Form, Survey, or Quiz builder, the picker is divided into sections:
- Brand Colors: The approved palette from your default Brand Board.
- Global Custom Colors: Reusable colors saved in global settings.
- Default Colors: The standard swatches.
Apply a brand color
- Open Sites > Forms, or the Surveys or Quizzes area, and open the builder.
- Select an element, such as a button, input box, or label.
- Open the color setting you want to change.
- Click a swatch under Brand Colors. The preview updates immediately.
Add a new reusable color
Click Manage inside the color picker to open Brand Settings. Add or edit colors there, then return to the builder and use them.
If Brand Colors are missing
- Confirm that your Brand Board has saved colors.
- Check that the right board is set as the Default in Marketing > Brand Boards.
What it does not do
Changing your default Brand Board does not restyle forms, surveys, or quizzes that already exist. Open each one and reapply the colors you want to update.
Good to know: Style your highest-traffic form first, since that is where mismatched colors hurt trust the most.
