Delete and Restore Opportunities and Pipelines

There's a recovery window if something gets removed by mistake.

Deleting an opportunity

One at a time via the delete icon, or in bulk with typed "DELETE" confirmation.

Restoring an opportunity

Via the Bulk Actions page, Audit Logs (filter Action: Deleted, Module: Opportunity), or the Restore Opportunities shortcut on the main page.

Deleting a pipeline

Opportunities > Pipelines, trash icon, confirm. Admin-only.

Restoring a pipeline

Via Audit Logs — restores the pipeline, its stages, and every opportunity in it, all-or-nothing.

Things to keep in mind

60-day restore window. An opportunity can't be restored if its contact was also deleted.
