Choose Which Products Appear in Each Store

If you run more than one storefront, you don't need separate catalogs — control which products show up in each individual store.

How it works

Every product has an Include in Online Store toggle per store. Turning it off keeps the product hidden from that storefront while it still exists in your overall catalog.

Managing it

1. Go to Payments > Products.
2. Search or filter by collection.
3. Use bulk actions to include/exclude across a store at once.

New stores don't automatically inherit existing products.

Why this is useful

Running a general store plus a wholesale/VIP store, testing a new product line, or keeping a seasonal store limited to a subset. Updating a product once updates it everywhere shown.
