Use Contact Custom Fields in Certificate Builder

Certificates don't have to be limited to a recipient's name and a generic completion date — pull custom contact data straight into the design.

Why this is useful

Examples: a membership ID on a compliance certificate, a score on a training certificate, a department name, a cohort date.

How to use it

When adding a text element in the builder, insert dynamic contact data — custom fields you've already created appear alongside standard fields.

Before you start

This only works for custom fields that already exist on your contact records with values saved.
