Profile Card QR Codes
A Profile Card QR code opens a mobile-friendly digital profile with your details, links, and a button to save your contact. It can also collect details from the person scanning, adding them straight to Contacts. It suits networking events, sales calls, email signatures, and printed materials.
What a card can include
- Your photo, name, company, title, email, phone, website, and address.
- Social links for X, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and Pinterest.
- Custom links for things like a booking calendar, portfolio, payment page, or landing page, each with its own name and icon.
- Save Contact, which lets visitors add you to their phone.
- Exchange Contact, a form where visitors share their own details.
Build one
- Go to Sites > QR Codes and click Create QR Code.
- Name it, choose Profile card, and click Next.
- On the Info tab, add a picture and your details.
- On the Styles tab, pick a cover image, then set page, text, icon, and button colors. Turn Show icon label on or off.
- On the Links tab, choose social platforms and add custom links. Drag handles to reorder.
- On the Exchange contact tab, switch it on, then create a new form or use an existing one. Click Edit form to change fields without leaving the builder.
- Optional switches: Open Exchange Contact Form by Default shows the form the moment the card opens, and Automatically Download My Contact Info starts the save-contact prompt on load.
- Click Next to style the QR code itself, then Download or Save.
What happens after a visitor submits
A new record appears in Contacts, and its activity shows the profile card as the source, so you can start a follow-up in Conversations or a Workflow.
Phones may still ask visitors to confirm before saving a contact.
Good to know: Lead with only your two or three most useful links; a short card gets more taps than a crowded one.
