Start a Blog From a Template

Templates give you a ready-made structure so you begin with a layout instead of a blank screen.

What you get

Use a template

1. Go to Sites > Blog.
2. Click Create Blog in the upper right and choose Create Blog From Template.
3. Browse the options and click one to preview it.
4. Click Continue to open it in the editor.
5. Replace the sample text, images and formatting with your own.
6. Click Save or Publish.

Limits

• You cannot swap templates once a post has been started; pick a different one by beginning a new post.
• Only built-in templates are available. Saving your own is not supported.
• Templates do not fill in search details for you, so complete the SEO fields yourself.

Good to know: Preview two or three templates before choosing; the structure you start with sets the tone for the whole piece.
