Embedding External Content on a Dashboard

Embed a webpage, video, shared calendar, or social post directly into a dashboard.

How to embed content

1. Open the dashboard, edit mode.
2. Go to Elements, click the embed option.
3. Enter a URL or iframe embed code.
4. Position and resize, save.

Some platforms block embedding. YouTube needs the video ID in an embed-style URL; TikTok/Instagram often need /embed/ added.

Personalizing embedded URLs

Insert dynamic placeholders (business name, first name) into the embed URL — resolved automatically per viewer when the dashboard loads. Useful for account/user-specific embedded content, like a personalized iframe view scoped to the current viewer's own data.
