Jump Between Workflows with the Workflow Switcher

The Workflow Switcher lets you move from one workflow to another without going back to the list page. It is handy when you are tweaking several related automations in a row.

Open the switcher

• Inside any workflow, click Workflow Switcher in the left sidebar, or
• Press Shift + W on your keyboard. Press it again to close the panel.

Switch to another workflow

1. Open the switcher.
2. Type a name in the search box, or scroll through the list; it keeps loading as you scroll, so there is no paging.
3. Click the workflow you want. It opens in the same browser tab.

If the workflow you are leaving has unsaved edits, you will be asked whether to save or discard them first.

Manage workflows from the panel

Without leaving the builder you can:

• Create a new workflow with the + icon.
• Duplicate a workflow from its options menu.
• Delete a workflow you no longer need.
• Open a workflow in a new tab by using the options menu or right-clicking its name.

The switcher also lists recently opened workflows, so the ones you touch most are close at hand. It works in both the Standard and Advanced builders.

Good to know: Duplicate a proven workflow from the switcher as a starting point for a similar one instead of rebuilding it from nothing.
