Addressing Negative Reviews

A bad review isn't the end of the world — how (and how fast) you respond usually matters more to future customers than the review itself.

Catch negative reviews as they happen

Turn on sentiment analysis so incoming reviews are automatically tagged positive, neutral, or negative from the Reputation Overview dashboard, or set up a Review Received workflow trigger filtered to low star ratings so you get notified the moment one comes in.

Respond quickly

From the Reviews tab, respond directly without leaving Vendi Today. If you want a head start on wording, use AI Reply to generate a professional draft, then edit it before posting.

Balance it out with more positive reviews

If a negative review is dragging your average down, the fastest fix is usually more requests — send review requests immediately after your best interactions.

When a review shouldn't be there at all

If a review is fake, abusive, or from someone who was never a customer, you can dispute it directly with Google.

Look for patterns

Use AI-powered review summaries to spot recurring complaints across all your reviews at once, rather than reacting to one review at a time.
