Configure Missed Call Text Back

When your team can't pick up an inbound call, this automatically sends the caller a text instead of letting them hang up unanswered.

How to set it up

1. Go to Settings > Phone System > Voice > Voicemail & Missed Call Text Back.
2. Check the box to turn it on.
3. Click Customize to write your automated reply, with dynamic placeholders like the caller's name.
4. Choose which number it applies to, send yourself a test.
5. Review the preview, save.

Things to keep in mind

Counts against regular SMS usage. Fires on every missed call including repeated attempts — build a workflow with a delay/tag filter if that gets noisy. Pair with your voicemail greeting in Business Profile Settings.
