Build a Photo Gallery

The Photo Gallery element displays a collection of images in a clean grid or masonry layout, with a lightbox that opens pictures at full size.

Add a gallery

  1. Open the page in the builder.
  2. Find Photo Gallery in the left sidebar and drag it into a section.
  3. Add images from your Media Library. You can drag files straight into the library window to upload them first.
  4. Pick a layout and spacing.
  5. Save and preview.

Layout options

  • Grid for neat equal tiles.
  • Vertical masonry or horizontal masonry for mixed picture shapes.
  • Column count and spacing between images.
  • Mobile behavior: set separate column and spacing choices for phones.
  • Heading: an optional title above the gallery.

Image details and actions

  • Add a caption or description to each image.
  • Choose what a click does: open the image in the lightbox or send the visitor to a URL, in a new tab if you prefer.
  • Add a watermark for branding or protection.
  • Images load lazily, which keeps pages fast.

Tips

Use similar-sized photos for grids, and keep file sizes small. Masonry suits portfolios where shapes vary.

Good to know: Fill in every caption; it improves accessibility and gives visitors context in the lightbox.
