Find Anything Fast with Global Search

Clicking through menus to find one contact, one workflow, or one product gets old fast. Global Search lets you jump straight to it from anywhere in Vendi Today.

Opening search

• Click the search bar in the left sidebar, or
• Press Cmd+K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows) from any screen, or
• Click the microphone icon and search by voice

When you open search without typing anything, you'll see a grid of every area you can search, so you can jump to a whole section even without a specific query in mind.

What it covers

Global Search reaches across contacts, opportunities, products, calendars, funnels, workflows, your social planner, and conversations — plus hundreds of individual pages and settings screens throughout the platform. In short, if it exists in your account, search can probably find it.

Narrowing your results

Results are grouped by category — Pages, Contacts, Products, Funnels, and so on — with a count next to each so you can see at a glance where the matches are concentrated. If you know you're looking for a contact specifically, click the Contacts filter pill to cut out the noise from everything else.

Don't worry about typos — the search is forgiving about spelling and will still surface the right result even if you fat-finger a name.

Keyboard shortcuts worth learning

Once these become muscle memory, you'll find yourself reaching for search instead of the sidebar for almost everything.
