Save Draft Messages Automatically
If you start typing a reply and get pulled away before sending it, Vendi Today keeps your unfinished message so you don't lose it.
How it works
- Drafts save automatically as you type — there's no manual "save draft" button to remember to click.
- If you leave a conversation partway through typing and come back later, your draft is still sitting in the composer waiting for you.
- Drafts persist even if you switch which channel you're replying on, collapse or expand the composer, or navigate to a different conversation and back.
- Internal comment drafts (private notes, not sent to the contact) are saved the same way.
Channel memory
If you collapse the composer, it remembers the last channel you had selected — so next time you open it, you're not stuck reselecting email vs. SMS vs. chat.
Why this matters
Between handling multiple conversations, taking calls, and getting interrupted, it's easy to start a reply and not finish it right away. Automatic drafts mean you can pick up exactly where you left off instead of retyping a message from scratch or worrying about work getting lost.
