Writing Email Copy with Content AI

Content AI drafts text for you inside the builder, so you can move from a blank block to a usable draft in seconds.

What you provide

• Context: the general topic or industry, for example Healthy Recipes or Digital Marketing. Specific context gives better results.
• Content Title: the main idea, such as an email subject or product headline.
• Brief description: details or angles you want covered.
• Keywords: words and phrases to include naturally.
• Writing Tone: professional, friendly, informal, authoritative and so on.
• Number of Variations: up to five alternatives to choose from.

Generating content

1. Open an email in Marketing > Emails.
2. Click inside a text block, or click into the toolbar to find the Content AI option.
3. Fill in the fields above.
4. Generate and review each variation.
5. Choose one, insert it and edit it so it sounds like you.

Working side by side

If your account has Email AI enabled, you can dock the edit panel on the right so the canvas and AI suggestions stay visible at once. Use the panel switch in the editor to move it.

Editing tips

• Check facts, names, prices and dates.
• Add your own voice, examples or offers.
• Shorten anything that feels long.
• Replace generic closing lines with a specific call to action.

Pairing with personalization

Insert custom values after generating text, so each recipient sees their own name or details.

Good to know: Treat generated text as a first draft. A quick personal edit makes it noticeably stronger.
