Finding Your Dedicated Domain's SMTP Credentials

Send email through your dedicated domain from an outside tool using SMTP credentials.

Where to find them

Settings > Email Services > SMTP Service > Dedicated Domain and IP > SMTP Settings — server address, port, auth details, and a username/password generator.

What to know before generating credentials

Credentials are created per account. Each domain has its own separate set. Up to five credential sets per domain — issue separate ones per tool/teammate and revoke individually. A generated password is shown only once — copy it immediately.

What these credentials are for

Authenticate outgoing mail only — no access to incoming mail or Conversations. Not needed if just sending from within Vendi Today itself.
