Guided Review Setup Wizard

If your reputation management is brand new, the setup wizard walks you through the essential pieces one at a time.

What it walks you through

1. Connect your profiles — link Google Business Profile and/or Facebook Page.
2. Set up your review link.
3. Send your first review request via SMS or email.
4. Turn on Reviews AI.
5. Create a review widget and embed it on your website.
6. Connect more platforms like Yelp or TripAdvisor.

What to know

The wizard only appears for accounts that haven't finished setup, and disappears once complete. Every feature stays available through its normal settings page afterward.
